The authors examined Medical Examiner records from New Hampshire from October 1995 to October 2000 and report on the state’s murder-suicide incidence over this period. 16 events took place and accounted for almost 15% of all homicides in the state. Most perpetrators were male (94%) while most victims were female (88%). Firearms were used in most cases.
